Mo - Director

Born in Oman, raised in Jordan and educated in the USA, Mo spent time living in Amman, Muscat, Nicosia, Miami, New York City and Orlando. He has over 25 years of experience in the travel and tourism trade. As head of The Travel Box International, Mo brings a diverse background to his role. His experience includes working with NYC developers on increasing profits through leisure travel sales to working with the worlds largest hotel brands to increase guest loyalty. Mo stays active within the trade and sits on various advisory boards and committees. He is often invited to speak at national and international trade events, and has previously served as president for Central and North Florida's ASTA (American Society of Travel Advisors) Chapter.
Mo at his core is a traveler, having explored 150+ countries he believes that travel is life’s best education. He has been recognized by some of the worlds leading travel organizations such as; Condé Nast Traveller, Travel+Leisure, Travel weekly, Travel Market Report, Go Abroad, Skift, Travel Advisor Magazine, Travel Industry Today, Travel Agent Central, People to People, Latin-Flyer, NBC, ABC and World Travel Market Africa.
Damany is an avid traveler who’s expertise has been cultivated by more than a decade’s worth of perspective. He has worked in the travel and tourism industry since 2004 and is a founding partner of The Travel Box International. D, as he is also known, is continously dedicated to the growth and development of the teams. He was born on the Island of Jamaica and is a passionate globe trekker and performance artist who blends both beautifully.
Since the tender age of ten, D started traveling as an unaccompanied minor and has not stopped exploring since. Some of his favorite countries include France, Tahiti, Myanmar, Cambodia and New Zealand where he explored the destination extensively tapping into the smallest details that can be often forgotten on express itineraries. Damany is also well versed in the Caribbean Islands and encourages everyone to get out of their comfort zone and embrace the richness the world has to offer.

Born in New Jersey, raised in Miami, and now based in Lakeland, Florida, Cindy Guzman is an Operations Support Specialist at The Travel Box International. With over half a decade of experience in operations and event coordination, she has overseen large-scale conferences, streamlined workflows, and supported cross-functional projects in corporate and international settings. Cindy’s career and studies have taken her abroad to China and Spain, where she lived, taught, and coordinated programs — experiences that shaped her passion for cultural exchange and global connection. An avid traveler and foodie, Cindy enjoys discovering new destinations, exploring local cuisines, and learning languages as part of her lifelong curiosity about the world.

Terrence has a passion for food, culture, art, music, and being on the water. His aquatic passion started three generations back with his grandfather, who was a world-class oceanic captain from Australia. His father joined the Merchant Marines in Britain at the tender age of 16 sailing and piloting vessels for years, that has now passed down the legacy and love for the seas to Terrence.
Terrence has over a decade of experience in the hospitality and tourism industry. He feels that through cruising one can mix the best of both worlds, condensing and simplifying a vacation experience. For him there is no greater feeling than waking up to breakfast in bed or on a balcony while seeing majestic glaciers, calming open ocean views, or paradisiac islands. "It’s simply outstanding!", as he puts it. He has spent a lot of time in the Caribbean, which is where most of his instgram @cruisetravlbox content comes from. He is certifiied and/or accredited by many cruise lines such as Royal Caribbean Master of Adventure, Princess Cruises Diploma, Ama Waterways and River Cruising specialist to name a few.
With a talent for curating exclusive trips to the globe's diverse wine regions, Jenn adds a dash of culture, cuisine, and adventure to every itinerary. Passionate about meeting new people and creating unforgettable experiences, she customizes each journey to reflect her clients' interests and preferences.

As an Adventure Travel Specialist, Danielle is fueled by a passion for exploration and a deep love of the outdoors. She channels her love of adventure into curating amazing experiences for people all over the world. With a background marked by backpacking trips throughout the western US, she has also conquered trails like the W trek in Chile and the Salkantay trail in Peru.
Whether her clients are seasoned adventurers seeking adrenaline-pumping challenges or novice explorers eager to step out of their comfort zones, she is dedicated to crafting experiences that exceed expectations. With meticulous attention to detail and a commitment to safety, Danielle ensures that every expedition is not only thrilling but also seamlessly executed. Her goal is to ignite a sense of wonder and adventure in every traveler, leaving them with memories to cherish for a lifetime.
After years of curating her own travel experiences, Katie is excited to join The Travel Box team, sharing her passion of travel with others, and creating memorable experiences to last a lifetime. Having recently retired from operating a mechanical contracting business alongside her husband in Syracuse NY, she is enthusiastic for this new chapter, doing what she loves most (travel!). She also happens to live in Orlando, FL right next to the most magical place on earth, and has a lifetime of Disney experience to share with clients.
Katie’s favorite destinations include Italy, Hawaii, and South Africa. She is a certified Hawaiian destination specialist, and is also certified with Virgin Voyages and Disney Cruise Line. As a business-oriented person, attention to detail and follow-through are her top priorities. Her philosophy is that travel is the best form of education, and if you can dream it, you can do it. She is committed to turning dream vacations into a reality for families, couples, as well as the corporate traveler.

Catherine was born and raised in Eastern Kenya. She attended the prestigious Kenya Utalii College where she graduated with a degree in travel and tourism management. Cathy has fifteen years experience in the travel industry.
Cathy has lived in Cape Town, South Africa and Kigali, Rwanda and she continues to travel extensively throughout Africa, this has enabled her to gain a vast knowledge and experience of what East and Southern Africa has to offer. She also loves going on safaris with her husband and their two beautiful daughters.
Cathy is very passionate about conservation and community projects, she strongly believes that protecting Africa’s wildlife, beautiful cultures and wild landscapes is the key to the future prosperity of Africa and her people, she has made it her goal to help ensure that Africa’s wild resources endure.
Petru brings seventeen years of experience to the table and has been working in inbound tourism to South Africa since March 2012. She is an accomplished senior tour consultant specializing in arranging customized tours and safaris for individuals, couples and small groups. Her working knowledge of South Africa's luxury lodges, boutique hotels and premier safari experiences across the sub-continent, is only matched by her meticulous attention to detail and ability to handle complex itineraries in a professional and dedicated manner.
Petru is passionate about travelling and has explored Botswana, Victoria Falls, Zambia, Namibia, Mozambique and Madagascar. She is happily married with two children and lives on a farm outside Clanwilliam in the Western Cape, South Africa.

Gwen now focuses on working with empty nesters, professionals, retirees, and those navigating life changes or loss, as well as families planning multigenerational journeys, reunions, and milestones. Carolyn’s love of travel began with childhood road trips and the pure excitement of discovering new destinations. Today, she brings that same sense of wonder to her clients by crafting comfort-focused, culturally rich city escapes and relaxed journeys throughout North America, including the Caribbean and Central America.
