In many cases, we have an In-Destination specialist (based at the location you are visiting) available for any questions or last-minute requests. Our in-destination specialists are always more than happy to ensure you are well taken care of throughout your journey.
After the planning stage, you may download our travel App, which is where all your documents, confirmations, and details are found. Looking for your dinner reservations? They're in the app! Want to know about the tour you've chosen? Check the app! This convenient method ensures that you are able to access any item you may need, any time before, during or after the trip.
There is also an online version for guests who do not want to use the App. It is easily accessible and we'll be sure you have the direct link to it!
