At The Travel Box International we realize that the way you experience travel has dramatically changed as a result of the Covid-19 pandemic. We understand todays travelers desire safety and peace of mind.

With our enhanced health and safety plan we have developed new protocols, with guidelines from the CDC, that prioritizes the safety of our team and clients.

Listed below are our implemented procedures and protocols that outline our plan to keep everyone safe.

CLIENT'S ADDED PEACE OF MIND

We implemented additional “check up” procedures on all new trips booked. Looking with more detail at the destination, its health advisories, airline routing and government restrictions. We will provide added assurance and peace of mind to our travelers.

  • We only work with travel operators whom have established saftey guidelines and procedures for Covid-19.
  • Continuously review cancelation policies for all transactions of a clients trip and assure client understands thier options.
  • For all confrimed bookings, we will monitor for travel restrictions and government announcements to update client accordingly.
  • For all confrimed bookings, we will check for mask regulations at all intinerary stops and inform our client accordingly.
  • All trip documents, vouchers, tickets or such related to a booking, will be delivered electronically to avoid physical interactions.
  • Review all travel protection plans available to client and advise of coverage details.
  • Plan together virtually, yet in person. One on One video chat with advisor available by apointment.

SHARED SPACES CLEANER & SAFER

Knowing that our main office and lobby area are used by employees and clients, We augmented our cleaning processes for everyone’s safety and peace of mind. We’ve increased the cleaning and sanitizing schedule with an emphasis on frequent contact surfaces, and updated procedures for interactions between guests and staff to maintain physical distancing.

  • All of our advisors will be working remotely to minimize physical interaction at the office.
  • Office visits are by appointment only.
  • Hand sanitizer stations at office lobby.
  • Masks are mandatory in office and lobby area.
  • All door handles, phones, desks and surface areas are sanitized frequently.

THE TRAVEL BOX INTERNATIONAL WILL SEEK TO ONLY WORK WITH TRAVEL OPERATORS WHOM HAVE SUCCESSFULLY IMPLEMENTED A COVID-19 OPERATIONAL RESPONSE AS PART OF THEIR SAFTEY PROTOCOLS. THIS IS PARAMOUNT FOR THE SAFETY AND WELL BEING OF OUR CLIENTS.
